An Introduction to the Chef

Hi, my name is Kester and I am going to be providing you with a series of ideas and recipes to get you thinking about cooking meals that are simple, delicious and very good for you!

As a chef it is my job to make food that looks and tastes fantastic; however as a climber and runner, I am also very aware of the importance of eating healthy and nutritious food.

All the recipes that will appear on here are things that I cook at home so they don’t require lots of equipment or strange ingredients. As well as recipes I will be including information how the different ingredients can improve your health.
