Play4ateam.com has set up a simple online facility for your team and players to confirm availability for upcoming games.

How does it work?
1. On your club profile page select:
Add your next fixture and confirm team members' availability
2. To add an Upcoming Fixture just add the details about the game/event - opposition team, date, time and venue.
Click 'Add'.
3. This will create a new page with your team fixture. Here you can be the first to confirm your own availability by selecting yes or no. If you wish to add a further message about this fixture you can do so in the box provided.
4. Click 'Send' to automatically send the message to all of the players on your team regarding this game. (All players will then just have to click on the link from this email and confirm if they will be playing by selecting yes or no.)
You will then be able to keep track of all players who have confirmed their attendance on this page.
You can edit and delete fixtures at any time.
